30-day returns
We take pride in offering high-quality products and expert advice, but if your glasses aren’t quite right, don’t worry. Bring them back to the store with proof of purchase within 30 days, and we’ll help you find something you’ll truly love.
12-month warranty
All our glasses and sunglasses come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Simply return them with proof of purchase within a year, and we’ll replace them for you.
Lifetime glasses care
When you wear your glasses every day, they can sometimes need a little attention due to normal wear and tear. Come into any store anytime for a fit check, minor adjustments, cleaning, or repairs. Plus there’s no limit to how often you can use this service. Our Complete Satisfaction Guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, so you’re always fully protected.

Complete satisfaction guarantee:
30 day returns
- If you are unhappy with your purchase from Boots Opticians for any reason you can return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from collection, and we will help you find a suitable alternative
- Any returned items must be in undamaged condition
- Guarantee excludes Contact Lens Rewards Plan direct debit purchases
- If you choose an alternative product which is a higher price than your original purchase you will need to pay the difference, or we will refund you the difference if the price is lower. This includes any savings for glasses purchased as part of our half price additional pairs offer
- If you earned Boots Advantage Card points when you purchased the product(s) you are returning, these will be amended in line with the price of your alternative product
