Our Returns Policy
At Bootsopticians.com we are confident that you will be completely happy with your new pair of glasses, but if for some reason this order does not meet your expectations we offer a 14 day no quibble guarantee on all purchases from our website.
Of course if you would like to exchange your glasses for a different pair because they simply aren’t what you expected, they’re the wrong size or the prescription isn’t quite right, we will happily look after this as well.
If you have decided to purchase your glasses from one of our 287 stores, we are unfortunately unable to offer this 14 day no quibble guarantee. You will however be able to consult one of our many Dispensing Opticians who will offer you their expertise to ensure you find the perfect frame and lens combination for you.
To return your glasses, for a full refund or replacement, please choose one of the following options:
Bring in your glasses with proof of purchase into your original nominated practice; or
Call us on 0845 257 3366 and we will explain how you can return your glasses by post, completely free of charge.
Your 14 day no quibble guarantee will commence from the date you collect or receive your glasses, please note that your glasses must be returned in their original condition, with all parts intact and their packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any advantage card points you received from your order will be deducted from your advantage card.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, in any case, within 30 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for delivery of the Product. The refund will be to the payment details as supplied to pay for the goods.
If you would like to receive a replacement item due to a fault or would like an alternative pair of glasses, simply visit us in your original practice or call the telephone number above and we will happily discuss how to arrange a replacement item at your convenience.
Refund and returns for free second pair
After purchasing glasses from our Free Second Pair offer, if you are unhappy with your 1st pair (the qualifying pair) and would like a refund, we will require both the qualifying pair and the free pair to be posted back to us or brought into the original practice.
If you have purchased glasses in our Free second Pair offer and would like to swap your 1st pair (the qualifying pair) for a different pair, you are able to swap for any designer frame as long as it is within the designer ranges included in the offer. The pair you choose can be higher or lower in value than your original pair and we will cancel your original order and place a new order with your new glasses. You will still be entitled to keep your free Boots pair.
