5 Easy Steps

Step 1

Choose your favourite frames and select your lenses

Your prescription will be verified

Step 4a

For customers with a simple prescription your order will be put directly into manufacture

Step 5a

Your glasses will arrive in practice where they will be available for collection. As this is a bespoke product, with prescription and measurements manufactured specifically for you, you must collect the glasses in person and one of our qualified opticians will make some final checks to ensure you are completely happy

Step 4b

If you have a complex prescription or require bi or varifocal lenses, you will be invited into your chosen practice so that we can take some additional measurements before your glasses go into manufacture

Step 5b

Once your glasses have been manufactured you can choose to pick them up from your chosen practice or have them delivered to your home. If you pick them up from practice, it must be you that collects them as we will not give them out to anyone else
